Packages to fit most staging needs, plus staging tasks can be tailored to your desires

PACKAGE 1:

You need a list of what has to be done to get your house staged in good order to sell. You know you will need some additional help to do the final touches.

We will evaluate what needs to be done for staging your home and you will receive a Master Task List advising what needs to be organized, edited out, decluttered and what needs repairs. You do the fixing and then we take over from there and do the styling/fluffing so people can see themselves living in your home.

PACKAGE 2:
You are committed to leveling up your space to get the maximum dollars for your home. You want to know what stays, what doesn’t, and have the staging done so you don’t have to worry about all the details.

We will come and review your home, snap pictures, take measurements and ensure we know the target buyer. We will consider the style that will appeal to the buyer’s taste.
A Master Task List will be given to you so you know how to prepare your home. Plus, you will receive an extended list on paint colours, repairs and decluttering suggestions if needed. We have a fantastic list of trades people that can be used to get your home up and ready to sell.
The rest is left in our hands.
